Fly out to Los Angeles, home of stars and celebrities, to join the Crystal Symphony for a wonderful Pacific tour – but don’t miss out on the sights of LA! Whether you wish to take in the shops on Rodeo Drive, try celeb-spotting in the city’s most renowned restaurants or visit the iconic ‘Hollywood’ sign, Los Angeles is a city which demands your attention at each turn.
From there, explore the California coast, with the ship calling at Santa Barbara and San Francisco before a brief sojourn across the Pacific Ocean for a stop in Mexico. On the return to Los Angeles, explore the sights of San Diego before reaching LA once more for your flights home.
Day 2 sees the Crystal Symphony docking at Santa Barbara; a stunning destination where guests can choose to relax at one of the wonderful beaches or explore the city’s cultural offerings – with more than 60 art galleries, you won’t be short of things to see!
Days 3 and 4 are spent in port at San Francisco; home to the Golden Gate Bridge, the Alcatraz Island and (arguably!) some of America’s best restaurants. The two days here will be highly appreciated, as the city offers a whole host to things to see and do; from seeing the natural wonders at the Yosemite National Park to tasting fine chocolate at Tcho Chocolate, San Francisco’s only chocolate maker. There’s even time to sample the San Francisco nightlife – imagine cocktails and dancing with a Golden Gate Bridge backdrop…
There’s time to recover on Day 5, with a day at sea as the ship crosses the Pacific Ocean on route to Mexico. Why not use this time to plan in some ‘me-time’ onboard? The Beauty Salon offers a range of treatments to relax and pamper you – the perfect way to spend an afternoon! Alternatively, spend the day at the on-board Casino, refining your poker face and hoping for the perfect hand!
Enjoy day 6 in Ensenada, Mexico, where you’ll have a full day to explore the city known as the ‘Cinderella of the Pacific’. With a Mediterranean climate and a fun and friendly atmosphere, it’s an exciting destination to visit – and with the chance to go whale watching, shopping or visit a winery, there’s sure to be something for everyone.
Experience San Diego on your final day on the cruise, with the opportunity to visit the San Diego zoo, try a round of golf or even have a go at surfing in the California waves! Day 8 sees a return to Los Angeles, where guests will disembark for their flights home.
